What we collect
Your name (unless you donate anonymously), and optionally your mobile number, email, and a message. When you confirm a payment we collect the UPI transaction reference (UTR) and, optionally, a payment screenshot.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store UPI PINs, OTPs, card numbers, CVVs or banking passwords.
How we use it
Only to match your payment with bank records, contact you about your donation if needed, and produce internal financial records for the campaign.
Who can see it
Only authorised campaign administrators. Donor names, contact details and amounts are never published. Payment screenshots are stored privately.
Retention
Donation records are retained for the duration of the campaign and as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution, after which personal contact details may be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your personal details by contacting the organisers with your donation reference.
